Check the label on the inside unit (usually under the battery cover) or your original box or invoice. Philips models start with DDL or 7300 (e.g. DDL709-FVP-7HWS). Samsung models start with SHP or SHS (e.g. SHP-DP609).

The out-body is the outside unit with the keypad, fingerprint reader or camera. The in-body is the inside unit that holds the batteries and thumb-turn. Match both the model number and the colour when ordering.

It depends on your lock model, which way the door opens (left or right) and the depth of your door frame. Extended strike plates and rebate kits suit deeper or rebated frames. If you're unsure, send us a photo of your door edge and frame and we'll match it for you.
